Approved Engineering Programs

The institutions below represent just a few of the schools that have been approved for transfer credit in past years, and popular with engineering students.  Students typically take a minimum of 4.0 CUs with a maximum of 5.0 CUs, which include one or two engineering courses toward their major, an immersion course (one that is not given at Penn but unique to the study abroad program) to count toward an SSH requirement, and a math, natural science, or technical elective.  Students should consult with their major advisors about course selection and requirements toward graduation.
